What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the dates and number of guests, the room you are interested in and your message. We also record the date and the IP address the enquiry came from, to protect the form from abuse.
How we use it
We use these details only to answer your enquiry and arrange your stay. We do not sell or share them, and we do not send newsletters.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept in our website's administration panel until we no longer need them for your stay, and are then deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by calling or writing to us.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your display preferences (such as text size) are stored only in your own browser.
